Equilator 1.6 - installing issues and minor changes

Version 1.6 has some fixed issues, just read the changelog. I recommend installing it though =)

Changelog
- vcredist bug solved, installing should be fine now
- results only fade out when using minimum equity calculations
- Flop/Turn/River equity only works with enumerate feature, so we hide the dopdown when monte carlo is selected
- overwriting of ranges is possible now
- dead cards can not be chosen now

At minute 7:20 you select AJ of hearts only but as you switch back to all suites the handcount is 4 hands higher where it should only be 1 hand higher right? (At least it got 4 hands higher as you selected all AKs hands.)
