Partypoker fix for 0.65 users

Some people got problems with importing some PartyPoker-Handhistories. We provide a fix for that issue. Please follow the steps:

1. Close the Elephant
2. Download the fix from here
3. Copy it to this directory xxx\PokerStrategy\PokerStrategy Elephant\portalFormats where xxx is your program directory or select your custom direcory. Normally that should be C:\Programme\PokerStrategy\PokerStrategy Elephant\portalFormats for german users and C:\Program Files\PokerStrategy\PokerStrategy Elephant\portalFormats for english users
4. Overwrite the existing file
5. If you got problems with the winnings please try a reimport. Please notice if you start a reimport and you abort the selection of the path to save the handhistories all your handshistories well be gone. So never hit "abort" when its requested to select backup path!
