v0.64 release - bugs fixed

Since v0.63 had some serious bugs, we decided to react fast and provide a new elephant version today.

Download PokerStrategy Elephant v0.64

Changelog:

- speed up importing performance
- correct hud display on everest
- hud should be properly displayed without any "tricks"
- all-in hands for partypoker hands working
- elephant closing in wierd situations (closing player detail window)
- speed up db patching performance
